After customers successfully place an order, Asia Bird’s Nest Brand’s customer service staff will call customers directly to verify the order and notify delivery time and related policies.

Delivery method: direct delivery

Time to receive goods: receive goods immediately after 60 minutes (Calculated from the time the customer completes the product purchase)

Shipping cost: free return full

Delivery method: The order will be delivered to your door by the company’s delivery staff. Customers will check the product before paying.

Payment method: pay after receiving the goods. (After checking the order details, the customer proceeds to pay the delivery staff)

Customer rights when receiving:

+ The order can be returned if not satisfied

 

 

❖ For customers in other provinces:

Delivery method: postal delivery, applying the post office’s COD delivery method.

Time to receive goods: varies from 1 to 3 working days of the post office (The fastest delivery package of VNPT post office)

Shipping cost: completely free

Delivery method: The order will be delivered to your door by the post office staff. Customers check the product before paying.

Payment method: pay after receiving the goods. (After checking the order details, customers proceed to pay the post office staff)

IV. RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRANSPORTED GOODS:

  • Our shipping service will be fully responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of goods during the transportation process from our warehouse to you.
